FILTER by MAT: Music and Theatre
If you enjoy singing, then come along and join this friendly and devoted group of voices. There are no auditions and you don’t have to be an expert to join.
Handchimes are easy to use and create a beautiful tone. Players do not have to master the instrument to create this beauty – they just hold the instrument and push their forearm. The beauty is instantaneous.

Belly Dancing (21PEX341)
A fun and social class that teaches a combination of isolation moves and oriental Dancing (Belly Dancing).
Singing and Dancing (21PEX348)
Moving and singing along to old time music. Learn some simple dances such as Hokey Pokey, Macarena, Chicken Dance, Waltz, Cha Cha, Zorba. A fun and entertaining class.
Pickleball Friday (21PEX349)
Pickleball is a paddle sport that combines elements of badminton, tennis and table tennis. It is a fast growing sport especially among the over 50s age group.
Table Tennis Beerwah (21PEX329)
Players new to the sport of table tennis are welcome to join this friendly group.
Feldenkrais: Awareness through Movement (21PEX351)
Feldenkrais classes teach mastery of everyday movements. Getting off a chair doesn’t need to become harder as you get older, body parts don’t have to hurt as you go out for a walk and getting down on the floor doesn’t need to be scary.
Kung Fu and Qi Gong for Over 50’s (21PEX339)
This famous Southern Shaolin Kung Fu system of five animals and five elements, incorporates movement, breath and application. An interesting, fun and challenging class with many benefits including strength, coordination, flexibility and a calm mind.
