Tutors and Volunteers Recognition Policy

This policy formally recognises that tutors and volunteers are essential for U3A Sunshine Coast, confirms recognition procedures that have been in place for a long while and provides additional recognition ideas. Among other actions the Luncheon we provide for our wonderful tutors and  volunteers will continue to be held in November each year.

Hints and advice to Tutors on using the U-MAS system

The U-MAS system is the central database where Tutors can manage membership, classes and activities. Correct use of the  system is important to the integrity of the members database, and the following guidelines will assist Tutors in managing their respective class or activity.
