Jennifer Condor

I joined U3A Sunshine Coast in 2017 after relocating from Victoria and became an office volunteer shortly afterwards. In 2020, I was appointed Office Coordinator, a role I continue to enjoy today. Through this position, I have gained a comprehensive understanding of the day-to-day operations of U3A and have been involved in a wide range of activities, including course rollovers, recruiting and training office volunteers, scheduling lecture and tutorial rooms, preparing volunteer rosters, and updating office procedures.

My professional background includes personal assistant roles within large organisations, providing me with extensive experience in administration, project coordination, and event management. Since retiring and moving to the Sunshine Coast, I have remained actively involved in community organisations, serving as Librarian and a Management Committee member with Caloundra Family History. I was also honoured to act as Treasurer for a major family and local history conference in 2019. I believe my combination of administrative experience, community involvement, and in-depth knowledge of U3A would enable me to make a valuable contribution to the Management Committee and support the continued success of U3A Sunshine Coast.
